The Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Paige created the PJ7 Method from a deeper understanding that true wellness goes beyond physical transformation. By combining nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, emotional healing, movement, and nourishment, she developed a holistic approach that helps people reconnect with themselves and create lasting change from the inside out. Paige’s mission is to guide others back to balance, alignment, and their innate wellbeing through every season of life.

The Problem

After 25+ years in the fitness industry, I saw that even when people looked healthy on the outside, many still felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck. That’s when I realized true transformation goes beyond workouts and nutrition—it requires supporting the nervous system, emotions, and the whole body.
